  • What happens if I submit my form but realize I am missing some information?
    If you submit your form without all the necessary information, it will add an additional 3-7 business days for processing and also a $25 penalty fee. To avoid delays and unnecessary fees, we advise that you gather all the information you need before submitting your form.
  • What is your tax filing service fee?
    Our tax return services are priced at a 25% fee, which is calculated based on your earnings. Please note that we do not provide a flat rate. This fee includes preparer, software, service bureau, electronic filing, document processing, and tax software owner fees. The cost of tax preparation is based on the complexity of your return. We guarantee the lowest tax liability or the biggest and fastest tax refund allowed by the IRS.
  • How much is your fee if I owe the IRS?
    If you owe the IRS, it is a $50 fee to submit your tax return.
  • How does the referral incentive work?
    For every successful referral, clients can receive $100. There is no limit to the amount of referrals that can be made. You have the potential to earn as much as you want! When a referred customer signs up for our tax filing services, they must mention your name as the referrer. Once their tax filing is complete, and they have paid for the service, we will contact you to arrange payment of your referral fee. It's that easy! Spread the word and start earning today!
  • What should I do if I haven't received my W-2 form yet?
    All employers are required to mail your W-2 by January 31. If you don’t receive your W-2 by that date, you should contact your employer to find out when the form was mailed and verify the mailing address.
  • What all do I need in order to complete my tax return?
    This is a list of items commonly needed for tax preparation: Personal Information: - A photo ID - Your social security number - Tax forms - Receipts
  • What are your opening hours?

  • How can I check the status of my refund?
    VGS is not responsible for issuing refunds. However, if you are waiting for a refund from the IRS, you can check the status of your refund by visiting https://www.irs.gov/refunds Once on the website, click on "get your refund status" and enter in your personal information. For your dollar amount, please enter your Federal refund amount. This will provide you with the most up-to-date information on the status of your refund.
  • What if I owe the IRS?
    If you owe the IRS, check the status of your account by clicking the link below: https://www.irs.gov/payments/your-online-account If you owe, still file your taxes! You may qualify for deductions and/or credits that can reduce or pay off the amount you owe.
